OPERATIONAL CLAUSES & GOVERNANCE

Consulting Framework

The following operational provisions define the professional consulting relationship, institutional deliverables, and intellectual standards established by GenEdge Consulting LLC. All participating educational institutions, administrators, and individual educators are governed by these terms upon execution of an advisory agreement or engagement booking.

1. Services Description & Scope of Advisory

GenEdge Consulting LLC delivers specialized strategic advisory, executive coaching, professional development workshops, and institutional implementation frameworks tailored exclusively to educational leaders, public school districts, charter networks, and independent academic institutions. Our services focus on the structured, safe, and pedagogically sound integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

  • Leadership Strategy Sessions: Executive advisory on policy formation, compliance guardrails, and administrative decision-making workflows.
  • Professional Development & Keynotes: On-site and virtual training sessions designed to build teacher agency and classroom AI literacy.
  • Institutional Audits & Action Plans: Comprehensive evaluations of school readiness, ethical exposure, and curriculum integration roadmaps.

2. Consulting Services - Terms of Engagement

Formal consulting engagements commence upon the mutual execution of an official Statement of Work (SOW) or written engagement contract. Each SOW details specific scope parameters, milestone deliverables, scheduled workshop dates, and applicable fee schedules. GenEdge Consulting LLC operates as an independent advisory contractor, maintaining strict professional standards backed by four decades of classroom and administrative leadership.

Any proposed modification to delivery schedules, keynote topics, or customized curriculum materials must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) business days prior to scheduled execution to permit pedagogical adaptation.

3. User & Institutional Responsibilities

Partner institutions and individual participants agree to maintain honest, collaborative, and lawful participation throughout all consulting phases. To ensure effective integration, institutions must uphold the following core commitments:

  • Institutional Policy Transparency: Provide accurate context regarding district technical infrastructure, board guidelines, and existing digital policies.
  • Student Privacy & Data Protection: Never disclose identifiable student education records (FERPA/COPPA protected data) during workshops or strategy consultations.
  • Professional Autonomy: Acknowledge that AI systems and frameworks serve to protect and augment educator judgment, never replace professional human discretion.

4. Intellectual Property & Advisory Materials

All proprietary training frameworks, assessment matrices, workshop slide decks, 3-tier teacher certification curricula, and strategic toolkits authored by Walt Warner or GenEdge Consulting LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of GenEdge Consulting LLC. Contracting schools and enrolled educators receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal institutional instructional use only.

Reproduction, public redistribution, commercial resale, or external dissemination of proprietary frameworks without explicit prior written authorization from GenEdge Consulting LLC is strictly prohibited under United States and international copyright statutes.
