About Walt Warner

A chemist, then an educator,

then a business person.

Over 40 years of hands-on classroom and school administration experience — not theory.

“I was a chemist before I was an educator, and an educator before I was a business person.” His minimalist, methodical approach to AI comes directly from that background — he took structured courses “from zero” rather than just experimenting casually.

History

1985

Walt personally brings the first Apple IIe into his school's science labs.

1996–2001 (Summers)

1998

2015

San Antonio Chapter, American Chemical Society — Outstanding Chemistry Teacher.

2023

He starts experimenting with AI while still teaching full-time, automating administrative tasks that didn't require professional judgment — freeing up time for direct student interaction.

2025

He retires. Two weeks later, his wife tells him: “Walt, you've got to find something to do — you're driving me nuts.” That pushed him to take AI courses from the ground up, from August to January, until the idea for this business came together.

2026
